Call Forwarding feature:
Clients can select one main (parent) number and up to four extension (child) numbers. Business clients will share only one main number (parent). When clients call the parent number and it is busy, unanswered, or unreachable, the call will be automatically forwarded to the first child number, and then to the second, third, and so on, in sequence if the previous numbers are busy. The parent and child numbers can be any Asiacell number, including vanity numbers.
The call forwarding between the main number and the child numbers occurs in a sequence based on the client's preferences. Mini Contact Center is a postpaid and prepaid service with a variety of main packages.

What is the Mini Contact Center?
It is a solution consist of a parent number and four child numbers, when the parent is busy, the call will be forwarded automatically to first child then second child and so on. There are packages that can be activated on parent and can be shared with child sims

What is the renew lifecycle if the (Parent line) does not have enough money to renew the package?
It depends on the type of the service, is it postpaid or prepaid.

Is it possible for client to upgrade/downgrade their packages (Main Packages)?
Yes, they can through Asiacell’s sales team.

What is the contract duration?
We have two type, postpaid and prepaid, the postpaid if for one year, while the prepaid is on monthly basis and client can recharge any time and renew the its package any time.

When the caller called the child 1 directly, and no answer, what will happen to the call?
It will be forwarded to child 2

Does the client will pay any activation fee?
No activation is free, while the client will pay only for the main package.
