Youth lines customers can subscribe to the Hali service and modify numbers for free. They can make calls for IQD 1 per second during the day and for 250 fils per second from 12am to 8am.

Hali Service for Prepaid Customers

Prepaid subscribers can create a list of 5 Asiacell numbers and enjoy cheaper calling rates at IQD 1 per second. The activation fee for prepaid customers is IQD 10,000.
