Asiacell Provides E-Bill Services
Sulaimani- Kurdistan-Iraq, February 2nd, 2015: As part of corporate ‘A’mali’ services, Asiacell, the leading provider of quality mobile telecommunications services in Iraq, announced for the first time a free service to its corporate customers. The service aims at upgrading Asiacell’s post-paid services and making it easier and a lot simpler to use through electronic billing, known as ‘E-bill’ services.
With the E-Bill services in place, corporate customers can access their due payments anytime and anywhere, besides, they can pay due payments directly from their E-Bill interface using any category of the available Asiacell scratch cards that range from IQD5,000 to IQD100,000 or through the use of e-vouchers of IQD1m to IQD5m that are solely provided to corporate customers. Companies can also obtain their latest bills. All these can be done without the need to approach Asaicell points of sales or even to have to wait in queues to get the bills.
Companies can as well register for free in the service through Asaicell website where customers subscribed to E-Bill can obtain their own ‘User Name’ and ‘Password’ which are sent to the authorized person’s mobile. This is for them to be able to easily access their bills on Asiacell website where each company has an employee appointed to receive the ‘password’ on their mobile to access Asiacell’s website and know about their due payments.
Amer Sunna, Asiacell’s CEO, said they always aspired to make Asaicell the best, provide the state-of-art technologies available in the modern world through training and rehabilitation of Asiacell’s technical staff on informatics systems and provision of advanced services, as well as through business cooperation with specialized international companies to make these services accessible by their customers.
As regards corporate customers subscribed to detail bill service, they will also be able to directly access their detailed billing through the E-Bill service.
