Then customer will receive an SMS notification on their postpaid line saying that (Dear Customer, your request have been submitted successfully).
If you reached your line limit and the line has been barred, you can use any other prepaid line by sending your E-vouchers PIN along with your postpaid number in a SMS, separated by one space to short code 214 free of charge.
Then the prepaid customer will receive an SMS notification on their prepaid line saying that (Dear Customer, your request have been submitted successfully).
The post-paid customer needs to wait for at least 30 minutes before he can check his paid bill using USSD code *214#
