• If customer has problems with the service, who is to be contacted?

  • CC 323 team is to be contacted in case of any issues with customer service.

• What is the difference between desktop office and M365?

  • Desktop office is a one time purchase, no cloud storage, no need for internet connection and not real time updates with limited access to collaboration tools from Microsoft.

• Can M365 be accessed without internet?

  • For apps downloaded on PC, they can work offline. As for sending and receiving emails, OneDrive and updates, you need internet access.

• What happens to customer’s data upon cancellation?

  • Customer’s data is his/ hers. Upon cancellation on M365 packages, customer must download and save their data on other locations. After cancellation of subscription, data associated with Microsoft 365 account will be available to the administrator(s) in a limited function account for 90 days.

• Does M365 support domain based email addresses?

  • Yes. You can include a professional custom email domain as part of your Microsoft 365 subscription or leverage an existing domain registered through another provider.

• On how many devices can a customer install MS apps for one user?

  • Up to 5 devices

• If a customer does not have a domain, can they use this service?

  • Yes, Microsoft will give them a domain for free that ends with (onmicrosoft.com). Example: xxxxx@companyname.onmicrosoft.com
