Frequently Asked Question
If I have all accounts, which has the highest priority for local usage?

The priority is as follows:
1. The highest priority will be for the free units of the bundles.
2. Local spending limit
3. Prepaid balance

What is the life cycle of this Service Class?
1. Bill will be issued on 27th of each month.
2. 21 days later, if the customer didn’t make full bill payment and have ignored all the SMS reminders
3. 28 days after bill issuance, the line will enter suspension (in case of non-payment).
4. 88 days after bill issuance, the line will be deactivated.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my business mix- postpaid package?
Yes, customers can upgrade or downgrade their package whenever they want. When they upgrade, they must pay the deposit difference. But when they downgrade, customers will be refunded with the deposit difference.
The new bundle will take effect on the upcoming bill run and not on spot.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my local spending limit?
Yes, customers can request to upgrade or donwgrate anytime they want to, and once it’s done on the system, they will get the difference and will be requested to pay the difference between the old and new deposits.

Example:
Customer’s Current local spending limit: 30,000 (deposit is 60,000)
Customer upgrades to 90,000 (deposit is 180,000)
Customer has to pay 180,000 – 60,000 = 120,000 extra deposit
Customer’s new spending limit is 90,000

Can I upgrade or downgrade my Roaming spending limit?
Customers can upgrade their Roaming spending limit easily and anytime they want. They just need to pay the deposit difference and they will get the difference as Roaming spending limit
Example:
Customer’s current Roaming spending limit: 100,000 (deposit is 200,000 IQD)
Customer upgrades to 300,000 (deposit is 600,000)
Customer has to pay 600,000- 200000 = 400,000 extra deposit
Customer’s new spending limit is 300,000 IQD
